Terms of Service

By using Social Reel Studio ("the Service") at socialreelstudio.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service

Social Reel Studio produces short-form video reels from photos and briefs provided by clients. We deliver finished video files via email within the stated timeframe.

Payments

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Delivery

Standard delivery is 48 hours from the time we receive your brief and photos. If you don't upload photos during checkout, delivery begins from when we receive them via email reply.

Revisions

Unlimited revisions are available within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, revisions may be subject to additional charges.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your reels after revisions, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Monthly subscription refunds are prorated for unused reels in the current billing period.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of any photos you submit to us. By submitting photos, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for producing your reels. You represent that you own the rights to any content you submit.

Our Content

Once your reels are delivered and paid for, you own the finished video files and may use them for any purpose. We may use anonymized samples in our own marketing unless you opt out by emailing us.

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription at any time by emailing matt@socialreelstudio.com before your next billing date. No cancellation fees.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
